Cape Town has a water crisis, this week Feb 19 - Feb 23 UnTied Nations will be running an on-line SOS meeting.

The Process

Step 1: What are the Issues with regard to the Cape Town water Crisis? These can be problems or opportunities. Anything that has fed into the current crisis can be considered e.g. inequality, corruption, economics, health, social cohesion - the list is long.

Create a new copy of the Issue doc or add a comment to an existing doc - and discuss on Facebook

Step 2: Rate the Issues from -4 (severe) to +4 (wonderful)

And discuss on Facebook

Step 3: What are the Causes and Effects of these Issues?

And discuss on Facebook

Step 4: Submit Proposals to address one or more Issue.

Create a new copy of the Proposal doc or add a comment to an existing doc - and discuss on Facebook

Step 5: Add Pros and Cons to the Proposals with ratings -4 (big difficulties) to +4 (huge advantages)

Step 5: Proposers create "Teams" to work on Proposals and others join as they feel drawn.

Step 6: We get to work.

Keywords and Needs are also important as a way for identifying data.
